Dimethyldecadecyl [3-(trimethoxysilyl) propyl] ammonium chloride can be used in cotton, nylon, polyester and other fiber products processing, has a wide range of uses. Recently, it has also been used in non-woven fabrics, foamed polyurethane, synthetic leather and other materials. |
preparation | 1) weigh γ-chloropropyl trimethoxysilane (2.782kg, 14 mol) and add it to the 150 liter reactor with condensation and reflux device. after the reactor is sealed, the reactor heating mechanism is opened, and the reactor is heated to 40-50 ℃ at a stirring speed of 40-80 r/min, start to drop decadecyl dimethyl tertiary amine (2.976kg, 10 mol) into the reaction kettle for 3 hours; when the temperature is raised to 140 ℃, keep a constant temperature, and react in a closed and mixed solvent reflux state for 36 hours to obtain a silicone quaternary ammonium salt product solution.
